Hi all, me and (from what i've been able to discover on a IT CC twitch chat during a stream) some other italian players are experiencing issues with logging in and playing in general.

For me, today I tried to play two battles: in both of them, I was unable to play for more than two minutes, as I got disconnected and then I'm presented with the service unavailable message.
This has costed me a report for unsportsmanlike behaviour, and pink nick.

I can browse the Internet just fine (youtube, twitch, etc.), but I cannot load the site wargaming.net consistently. I've tried to change DNS, from Cloudflare's 1.1.1.1 to Google's 8.8.8.8 with no success.

Any idea what's going on?

Did you run a ping plotter? May be a bad node somewhere along the way (I know Germans being with Telekom have been repeatedly having issues like that with one in Frankfurt, needing to reroute with a VPN to get around that).

I've run some pingplots, overall all green. Around 10% packet loss in Luxembourg, but everything seems ok today.
There is a node with 100% packet loss, but traffic is being rerouted.

Thanks for the tip, I might run through a VPN if things become unsustainable.

Update: I still can't log into the game
Update 2: I seem to have resolved by using a VPN service as christof said.

Seems a seriorus problem with provider in some ways. Same problems here, server disconnected, can't log in the game, kicked out on gameplay 2 o 3 times and received a report, so now "pink account". Weird fact: this happens only with WOWS, on socials, normal navigation, downloading, etc. no problems. Tried with another line, different provider, no problems, line stable, game run smoothly.

Opened a ticket on this issue with WG. Sent wgcheck reports, Wg network report and so on. After 5 days the problem is still here. Can't access to the game, seems that Wg, with last
little patch released for CB bug has created problems to everyone thas has a specific provider. After ticket, WG solution to this problem is :" Change provider and buy a VPN". Well done WG, very well done. Great solution to a problem

If it's only one provider, the problem is still the provider. If it was a game problem, it'd be for all of them. I would contact your provider and see if there's something they can do to get rid of the problem. If they can and it's possible for them, they might. You're a paying customer and they'd probably like to keep you.

First of all, thanks for for your answer.
This issue started only after Wg patch about CB. Until Friday morning everything was fine. I don't know what changed. Provider is the same, client is the same and of course the problem is between provider and WG. I'm not the only one with this problem, as Wg confirmed. Anyway, perhaps provider has changed something, but seems me really weird, until friday I' ve never had problems with Wg and provider. Tried to access this morning and I successfully entered in game, sometimes kicked out but played 3 battles with no problems. Issue solved? Provider changed again something? Wg did something about? I don't know, we'll see what happens in the next days.

Same issue here.
Support services replied to my ticket: "Currently, we are receiving similar complaints from other players from Italy who use the connection through the network nodes of the Internet provider Windtre. Our network engineers are already investigating this problem in order to change the route to the game servers."
We have to wait...
