If you have encountered some technical problems or need any help from our Customer Service Center, please follow the steps below.

1. Go to Account Management https://wargaming.net/id/signin/. Check if you are redirected to the portal native to your realm:

EU: https://eu.wargaming.net/id/signin/
ASIA: https://asia.wargaming.net/id/signin/
CIS: https://ru.wargaming.net/id/signin/

2. Press Steam button on the right.
3. Sign in with Steam credentials. You’ll be redirected back to Wargaming site.
4. Click ‘Complete account creation’ on the upper right-hand corner.
5. Enter email and password. Enter confirmation code from the email.
6. Choose World of Warships: https://wargaming.net/support/products/wows/
7. Press 'Contact Support'.
