redownloading entire game every 4 days due to patch or update

is anyone else experiencing this issue have to re download entire game every 4 five days??

There's only one update per month and patches are even less common than that, so I don't think you will find a single person with that problem.

Also while the Steam update system is totally bloated for sure, it still does not re-download the whole game. But if you're really unhappy with it, you can switch to Wargaming's launcher of the game instead (you can play your Steam-made account with it just fine), which is a lot better about updates than the Steam version.

it downloaded 8.5GB and Patched 68GB today .... (yesterday actually)

It is not really "redownloading" the entire game. It is just verifying all the game files, to make sure everything is correct. As it can occur that Steam is not properly updating a game, which creates some issues that can be fixed, by checking the game files or reinstalling the game completely.
