Why W8? Why not.
Windows 10 was sketchy as hell when I built my rig, due to privacy issues, and Windows 11 seems to be worse, along with pop ups/ads.
W8 does everything I want it to do.
But I dont agree on that whit W8, since it is way slower then W10 and cant support other stuff

Naval Battle loading forever.
Armory looks like it opened a browser window (with scrollable bars on the right and bottom), without loading any content.
Strange thing is, I'm pretty sure Armory worked yesterday after the update.
EDIT: But it looks like the forum of wows isn't working as well so the solution might be some server problems from wargaming which prevent loading the specific menues as well.

So its not just me, and its not down to OS.
I also cant access Naval Battle screen.
Might be the location we are for which servers are down.
I am in Ireland, so probs connecting to Ireland/UK/Western Europe Servers.
And all the "in game" things work fine. I can play battles, use the equipment and commander menues. Only the stuff which is loaded browser based doesn't work. So I guess there can't be done anything to fix it but wait for the servers to be fixed.
Same as myself on what works and doesn't.
Will be logged off for a few hours, so will check again later in day, and validate files then if there is still an issue and no hotfix/msg from WarGaming.
And if needed do send in one support ticket
There's a known issue that Armory and Dockyard don't work on some pretty old videocards, Support knows what to try in this case. And even if it's not your case — they should know better.
Windows 8 by itself should not cause problems AFAIK.
Does anybody even read the previous posts?
If your case is not because of old videocard — like i said it's still best to contact Player Support. BTW have you tried disabling/enabling in-game browser acceleration? https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2747469837
But sounds like there's something with your network, again in such case Support usually knows better than folks here on the Steam forum.
