Freeze at loading screen
happens every three game I play, very weird

Verify your game files. Make sure your video drivers are up to date. If that doesn't fix the problem, contact support. They'll get the game's log from you and hopefully be able to read what's happening.

Also should you be using Linux/Steam Deck, see what version of the OS you're running. There's been trouble with some, particularily new, versions. There should be some threads around here about it.
