Can't claim ships in steam inventory

So how am I supposed to claim the ships in the steam inventory? It says to just log in but it won't work. (There's an Arizona in my inventory and I can't claim it for some reason)

don't feel lonely i can't seem to get my rewards for my premium pass i am begining to wonder why I got it this game sucks on the prizes lately I have been playing for almost 5 yrs and at the begining on an update they would give you good awards now it is like you pay more you get less????

Any DLC you downloaded would be installed automatically when starting the game and you should then find the ship in your port, if that's where the ship would come from. (I don't think there is one for Arizona though?)

I have a feeling that what you've seen is the Steam trading card of Arizona. If it is, you can't claim it in game - it's just for collection purposes via usual Steam collections and has nothing to do with the actual game.

Okay, you may have to click on something in the description there. Some of these gifts have been like that. But otherwise the ship and premium time should be credited to your account automatically upon logging in.

this is bull I have been robbed of victories and now it hasn't even been 8 day on my premium account and now i only have 32 minutes wow this game is a financial cheat I have played for five years and progressively this game has gotten worse about prizes and game endings why? i want to know why i invest my hard earned money in a game that give little reward

Really confused about the premium rant. If you buy a set amount of time on a subscription on literally anything (be it a streaming service, gym membership, prem account or whatever) then it lasts for that amount of time regardless of whether you are using it or not. Your prem time has lasted for exactly the amount of time you paid for.

As for the rest, are you claiming that WG is somehow victimising you to "rob you of victories"? You get the same MM as everyone else. Its possible to get runs of bad luck but noone has robbed you of your rightful amount of wins.

Yett as I am too I was just logging back into war-games and found they had given me more than I expected but started me out all brand new What happened? I got my rank and all taken away! to start fresh is fair but I would liked to have kept my earned rank but hey it was all free! I haven't logged in here on steam but the 12.5 upgrade steam I hope is still on 12.4 lol wow what a new fleet I got wow I take back all the complaints except I have to do all this rebuild which is going to take some time!
