Cant access armory, open the premium shop, view player profiles and inventory

reinstalled the game in june and had this issue since for whatever reason, ive tried everything but it wont work, getting on my nerves alot. websites like the wargaming forums and others also cannot load, which is weird, if anyone can help that would be really nice

Might this have anything to do with the Indonesian blocking of some services/websites? Your profile says you're from there. Do you know somebody else at your location, that doesn't have this problem?

Note that the in-game premium shop, armory and some other functions are essentially websites that are accessed via an built-in browser from the game, so they are somewhat seperate from the game-servers and login-servers.

I have had this issue since 2 patches back. Truly annoying issue

One workaround I have found working is
Clean out the catche so it is clean before you start the game
Alter the setting for ingame browser from acceleration to no accelerator. Dont restart the game.
Alter the setting to Accelerate and let the game restart.

indonesia just unblocked steam a few days back, right now i can access premium shop now but not armory which is annoying cause i want to see some submarines, i found a known fix about finding the hardware acceleration and setting it to false but i cant find it anywhere in the engine.xml thing, this issue is quite annoying :/

how do i clear the cache of the game? is it in the cef_cache file in the games files? (oh yeah and i cant find the hardware acceleration anywhere which quite sucks to say the least, maybe i need to use brackets to find it?)

The catche is in Cef_cache
The settings are "Game Browser Hardware Acceleratio" in your graphic tab
Not sure where you set in the ini file I have to change it back and forth every time I start up the game before I can access any armory or stuff

thanks, but for some reason the game browser hardware acceleration isnt visible for me, or am i just blind

You mean it won't load outside the game in a browser or inside the game?

Just as a heads-up: You won't find any subs in the Armoury. Subs are still in testing and currently only available as rentals by completing a set of missions. You can find those missions under the General tab on the Missions page.

You mean it won't load outside the game in a browser or inside the game?

I would think that's probably beyond the scope of support then. That sounds like something is blocking it. Either your country, your ISP or something more local. A firewall?

i think its my ISP, because on my other devices it also wouldnt connect/load. that also could explain why i cant access armory, premium store or inventory because i cant connect to the wargaming servers for them.

i will try to reinstall the game to see if anything fixes. internet is kinda sluggish so it will take like idk a few hours for it to complete, will notify on the thread once its done and to see if anything changes, i will also try and make a new account on a different region server to see if that changes anything

Can be that your gov some how blocks WG because the different laws against the crates and stuff
