Chat and Clan options not working

Clan chat and battle chat is not available in game at this time. This problem has been going on for almost two hours now. The ability to form divisions is also being impacted. Please don't redirect us to WoW support. We have been unable to gain entry. When you enter your email address to create an account, we all get a message that says our email addresses are already linked to an account and are unable to proceed. There seem to be a substantial amount of bugs and glitches in the Steam/Wargaming collaboration of WoW.

This sounds like a server issue. Definitely doesn't have to do with Steam. I've honestly got no idea. This has already been forwarded up the line - we're hoping to get a response for you :)

Might be helpful for the person who follows up to know:

Did you create your account on Steam or Wargaming's website/homepage?
Which server do you play on?
Or is this a new account that you're just now setting up?

Sounds like a common chatbox failure.

Try restarting the game. It sometimes fixes the issue, but you might need to restart four or five times in a row.
Waiting the issue out is also an option, although the chatbox works sometimes again after a battle, and at other times it can take hours.

I've been having problems with this for the last half a year almost on a daily basis.
