Your connection probably? Try a traceroute to the server and see if your ping is stable from your first hop onwards. Try each hop in turn and see where it gets unstable. Do at least 20 pings for each test.

What are you expecting to see, what are you actually seeing and how is that difference manifesting?

even my friend who just installed this game also experienced an unstable connection, even though our connection was fine, even for other games it was fine

Often we just go by the fact that these problems tend to affect very few people. I have had technical issues with WoWS in the past and it was always on my end (because I eventually figured it out).

World of Warships IS a sensitive game. The last time I had problems was a bad ram stick. No other game had a problem, but when I did some memory tests, it did show faults every time. New memory fixed the problem. I highly doubt that's your problem, just sayin... There's nearly 10,000 players on Asia server right now seemingly not having a problem. I would contact support. They can run diagnostics and will try to help you figure out where the problem is.

yeah I got the same problem of unstable ping after patch 10.7
I've reinstalled the game and restarting my router and problem still there

i've have the same problem too,usually the ping below 100ms and now it goes up and down to the point the game is unplayable.
