The email I tried to enter is the one I use for my games. I'd prefer to not have to create another one. If you can help me find a way to open a ticket without needing an account email I can attach screenshots of the problem
Also check that you perform all those actions on the appropriate region website, i.e. the url always starts with "https://na.wargaming.net", not wandering into eu/ru/asia.
Are you sure your account is on NA realm? What's your game nickname?
I just tried clicking the "Complete the Registration" button ingame and I got the same result saying that the email account was already in use.
As far as I kjnow I am in the NA server, nickname is Quetzalcoaxial

Thank you Ryuu for getting me help. I now actually have the option to just delete the old account to free up that email address to be re-used. Will have to make sure I don't have anything on there I don't care about losing.

You can register some other email to that old account just in case. But for that you either need to link phone number and wait 30 days first or ask Support to do it quicker.

Once you have access to that other account, you can initiate an account delete request from within that account to free up your email account, you shouldn't need to enter the ISP and all that. I'm debating whether to delete the old account or to just register a new email. Sadly, just using a new email is the quickest and easiest solution. I'd consider it.
In my case, I do still have the red notification you have on port, but it does not stop me from playing. You should be able to get those 10 battles in. I mean, I made to level 14 with an "unregistered" account before I even noticed it :)
From that screenshot it seems you're logging with a wrong account that indeed does not have 10 battles. What nickname do you see in the corner of website and what's your ingame nickname and gaming region? You can add and PM me if you wish.
But why do you need that form? Why not just send reset password link to the email you want to use using this form? https://wargaming.net/personal/password_reset/new/
So for a start try to describe your problem with all relevant details, then it would be easy to notice what goes wrong.
