Game crash

Hi, I've playing WoWs for a while now, but since the last update my game keeps freezing and then crash, this only happens when I finish a battle and return to the harbor, or when im loggin into the harbor
I've verified the cache, and I also uninstall the installed the game again, but it keeps going
Any help?

If you're low on RAM and/or have 32-bit Windows you should try lowering game settings.

I have 4gb of ram and Win7 64bit, tho, I've always played with the lowest settings, But I'll send a ticket to support, thanks

Oh, 4 Gb is quite low, you should try at least close ALL other possible applications. Try lowering sound quality as well, it decreases RAM usage.
I've been running on RAM when had 8 Gb and running browser and Steam together with WoWs.

In ModStation there is a mod for compressed textures, but i think it's mostly for weaker videocards. Still can try it out too.

When running native client you don't need to keep Steam running BTW.

I had no problem with my RAM before, I always close my programs when playing, I had 30-40 fps while playing and no freezing at all when playing...
Tho, I have a friend who is also having the same problem as me, and he has 8gb of RAM, He finish a battle, goes to the port, and the game freezes...

He should contact Support too, collected data would help to see if there's anything broken or in a need of a fix, hard to say otherwise :/

Already did it too, they told him to Reinstall the game from zero, clearing all the cache saved from the game, but still has the same issue
Sadly, we can't play anymore until a fix or something :(

from the sound of it i don't think a patch can take care of a problem do to low end pc's could you let us know what kind of pc parts are in your pc...i only say this because i have a high range pc and have never crashed in this game ... so maybe i can help you if i know what you have in your pc.:)

Just heard there might be a problem about getting stuck in the port and it would be fixed in some hotfix.

Only for those affected, don't try otherwise. Hmm, and it seems it's only for native client. Gotta wait for hotfix then.

Upcoming (tomorrow) hotfix is expected to fix that:

Fixed a bug that caused the game to freeze when switching to the port in some cases on weak PC configurations.
