Try also changing screen mode, from fullscreen to borderless fullscreen for example. I've seen fullscreen to cause some fuzziness, but that's on AMD graphics.
If nothing helps — contact Player Support or consider getting a discrete videocard.

As Ryuu pointed out, The Intell 4000 processor is pretty poor for gaming. However if this suddenly happened after an update, it's probably because some in game settings changed. Try upping the resolution if you can. The game should run (and looks the best) in whatever is the native desktop resolution.
A common problem with games in Windows is that if the game is started in one resolution, and then for some reason is forced to another one, it defaults to very low res and looks bad and pixelated. Just be ready to lower the res if you set it to high and the frame rate is very poor.
