2. Did you pick the code for the same region as the server you're playing on?
3. Did you do this BEFORE reaching account level 3?
4. If your accout already is level 3 or above: Did you wait 90 days since the last time you played?
If you answered "No" to any of these questions, then you don't meet the requirements for entering an invite code.
If "yes", then there could be a bug here.
Also, if you did everything right, the Texas is only received once you get your first tier 6 ship. You should get the Diana immediatelly, though.
But no rewards?
No signal flags, or the 80k free EXP?

Edit: apparently the game created a new account for me when I first started it. It's a separate one from WG account (I used to play WoT), which uses the same e-mail as Steam, so I now have TWO accounts for WoWS. That's a mess.
