Steam Wows account disapear , all ships gone...

I have around 100h on steam on wows and an account with many ship, i was playing 3 days ago without issues, today when i lanched the game a message welcomed me "the tag Bigbuddha is arleady taken on EU server" select Bigbuddha1 or Bigbuddha_steel etc etc


So i clicked on the Bigbuddha1 without too much thinking, the game bugged out on the loading to EU server after identification, so i reboot the game this time i choose NA server to play a few game if EU is down, same thing Bigbuddha is already taken choose bewteen Bigbuddha_1 or Etc etc so i pick Bigbuddha_1 and i end up on NA server on a totaly new acount with 3 ship t1.
I rebooted steam and the game, i'm now stuck in this Bigbuddha_1 empty account on NA server...please help...

Don't worry, it was a temporary problem on Steam that caused this message, should be fine now, just switch back to EU. Your progress on that account is intact.

Remember that account is tied to a specific region, you can't transfer your progress to NA. So never change your region unless you want to start a twink account.

Thx for your fast reply, i have a wargaming accout for World of tank, where i have an empty wow acount i guess, but my steam acount under this IP / tag is my true and only account and i do have a few ship t7 t8 and premiums ships. I'm searching atm how to switch back to EU hopping things works out i will keep you posted. Thx again for the fast anwser Cheers

We can only have a EU or a NA acount, i taugh we could swap from one to another, so now that my steam game lanch the game on the NA empty account how can i get back to my normal EU account?

You can have 4 accounts in 4 different regions linked to Steam, though there's no really point in doing so. Like i already said:
"you can't transfer your progress to another account, that includes to another region". So you just need to get back to your account.

I can't check your IP and nicknames are unique and that one is taken by your WoT account. Don't you remember your nickname in Warships? Maybe you have screenshots with it?

You can, but it creates/logins into a completely different unrelated account. Never change region if you don't want to start over.

The thing is my Wargaming accout and my Steam account are not link, or at least i dont think so, my wargaming account is for World of tank, and i played Wows only on steam, i dont think i have a screenshot ingame, but steam can prove i bought gold and premium ship i think, since it was all made in the steam client, i can screenshot those if you need them. Once again, i only play on one account, the steam one, witch is not link to anotheraccount.

For you last point, i never would have change region if i new this would be an issues, you have to understand that playing on EU or NA is not erasing anything on any other game. Like told you earlier i wouldn't have try to go on NA server if the EU server wasn't working. Sorry if i made something wrong. thx you for you time

Because it's impossible. There's no linking or merging accounts. You can only bind email address to existing Steam WoWs account.

Again: what is your in-game nickname? You seriously don't remember at all?

Okay, have you at least tried connecting to EU again?
