Can I buy Doubloons through Wargaming.net instead of steam wallet?
I noticed on WG.net store that there was a "purchase any amount of doubloons" option. I do not see this option when in-game on my through the premium shop on Steam. I wanted to free up XP to get HMS Nelson. I already got the message while in port to set up an account on WG.net to be able to use the forums etc. This I did. Is my Steam account binded to WG.net? Am I able to purchase doubloons through the WG.net store and will they will be added to my steam account?

(I do not know if this was the right place to post this, so if it needs to be moved then please do so. Thanks!)

Yeah, it's not available through in-game shop, due to technical reasons AFAIK. Generally bundles have a better value though, i think.

Yes, if you have linked an email address — it should work fine. You can check here: https://wargaming.net/personal (either use email and password to login or black Steam button on the right).
Mind that Steam wallet is not available as payment method there. Some others might be available which Steam don't support though. Also from time to time there are promotional discounts for some specific payment methods.

Check your coupons btw: https://wargaming.net/shop/coupons/
