Having In Game Mouse Error
Yesterday everything was fine, but today I can not click anything with my mouse in game. When I load the game the mouse pointer is there in the port but I can not click on anything. I can use the keyboard such as the ESC key, but the mouse does not click on anything.

I tried a different mouse and the same error is happening. Also I tried different steam games and my mouse works fine in the other game I tried.

I am not sure what is happening.

try alt tabbing out and back in, could be a windowed full screen issue?

Thanks for the suggestion.

I tried alt tabbing out and back in and the problem is still there unfortunately

I also tried verifying the integrity of the game files. That did not fix problem either.

I also downloaded the most recent driver for my mouse and that did not fix problem.

World of Warships is the only application that is not working with mouse clicks. Everything else works just fine with the mouse clicks - very odd LOL

I am having the same issue. I'm so confused cos my game froze and when I restarted it my mouse couldn't click on anything.
Try a verification of files also then!

oh and overlays, had people have issues if they had overwolf+discord+steam and some others like Radeon or Nvidia!

Yes, I tried verification of game files. Problem still there.

Too bad this error is happening, but it looks like other people are having same error

Reinstalling didn't work, so no point in trying that if you haven't already

Thanks for the warning. I was going to try to reinstall. You saved me the trouble, Thanks

Later on when I have time I am going to put a ticket in on wargaming support website. See if that helps

No worries. Lets keep our fingers crossed that it gets fixed soon.

I have it now as i type, some things i need to double tripple click to register.
If it worked for you yesterday then have a look on these matters:

1) Are you having any mods added for the game? If yes, then they maybe that's the case.

2) Did you update your computer system (Windows, Graphic Card, BIOS, Browser, etc)? Because in the game's settings there is a tool that says "In-game browser...." so I suppose your computer might need some updates.

I just checked myself the game on Steam and it works just fine for me.

Thanks for the information.

I have no mods installed. Windows Update may have updated something. Maybe Win update did something that conflicts with the combination of my hardware and World of Warships? I do not know.

The bug seems to only be impacting some people and not all

Usually Windows updates help than creating problems (only once there was an issue with NVidia patch some year/s ago that kept crashing the games on Steam but NVidia fixed it).

If you think that it might be something on Windows update, try to roll back to yesterday and see if it works.

p.s Also, be sure that your .NET Framework also is updated and other secondary WIndows updates

By the way, here is my Laptop specs just for your reference, what I have as I don't have issues with the mouse in game:

ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX507ZC4
Windows 11 Home 64-bit
12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-12500H (16 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
16384MB RAM
DirectX 12
Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3050 Laptop GPU
TV Screen: 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) (144Hz) - I use a secondary TV screen, much easier.
Then i guess it could be an overlay, disable discord, teamspeaks over wolf and even steam to test + any others you have! turn them on one at a time
