That is a REALLY old like 7-11 year old CPU+GPU on one Chip! Will it run it? god knows! will it be a nice experience, I very much Doubt it! I am sure they where 2013 ?????
My CPU is ancient - 3.6ghz (stable OC - I've had it up to 3.8 in the past but dialled it back the base clock to try and maintain longevity, in theory its got a turbo function that could bump it up to 3.8 occasionally - but I am not sure if that even kicks in anymore ever since the DLL vulnerability in Openhardware monitor got identified and I stopped using it to keep track of dynamic clockspeeds), 6 physical cores, well over a decade old at this point, but it was an enthusiast chip and board when I got it.
Game runs fine with pretty high settings - the game is old after all. Obviously there's some bells and whistles you can't have maxed out, but a lot of it isn't particularly demanding.

But I'm running 16gb; Nvidia GTX 1080 (again, enthusiast board, even if it's dated).

So while YMMV, and I'm not familiar with that specific CPU, I suspect there's loads of wiggle-room in turning down some of the quality settings to find an acceptable level of play if his hardware uniquely struggles compared to mine.

Runs fine on my old Win7 machine - Intel 3550 chip (IIRC), and an Nvidia 1070. Had to use this computer over the holidays while my new one was getting fixed (bad RAM).

I think that small amount of ram will make it even slower you would have to put everything else on your computer to sleep
From the Warships Support page (NA? but should be same requirements for all servers).

https://wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/article/10288/

You look like you meet the minimum specs...

Worst suggestion is, try and install the game,
turn ALL your graphics setting to minimum (or some even turn completely off),
and see if you can run the game.

If it runs well enough,
slowly turn up your preferred graphics settings until the game crashes or just won't start.

I suggest Shadows and water reflections should be very last items to increase (leave them low or off).

Remember, this game was released over 5 years ago,
still uses the same BigWorld game engine?
So you only need today's computer hardware if you want every setting on maximum.

But yes, some cheap RAM sticks your motherboard supports would be a wise investment.
wow that is a very old pc.Try running everything at low and see what FPS you'll get and whit 8gb of run, kill any unnecessary program that's running in the background
I used to run this thing on a 2013 xeon and R5 AMD. Worst case turn on FSR
