How to edit the fps in the dock?

I have 175 hz in battles ( max what my monitor can handle ) but in port a silly 75 hz ( feels very unsmooth ) , editing preferences.xml doesnt work. ( already treid that )

Anyone know a working method anno 2025?

Aslain's Modpack usually has two separate radial buttons to set the framerate caps for in-game and port respectively.

Patch is a couple of days away, but as FPS cap setting isn't a real mod - just automated editing of the config files, that may or may not be an issue.

I have a 144hz Screen and the port being less (Same 75) I find no issue with!?? Do you have any Mods for Port which could be causing the "unsmooth" feeling ?? Runs like Butter in most ports the only one I had an issue with was the last Christmas one!

In preferences.xml near the bottom should be:

<renderer>
<maxFrameRate> 0 </maxFrameRate>
<maxDockFrameRate> 75 </maxDockFrameRate>
</renderer>

maxDockFrameRate should be the one to change IIRC.
