Login to your primary account (if your primary account is a Steam account, there's a login with Steam button).
There's on-screen prompts there to resolve conflicts (typically a WG account colliding with a Steam one), as well as to merge accounts across multiple regions.
The other account could be an old one for WoT or WoWP or any other WG game; or accidentally logging into other regions; or accidentally creating an account with Steam one time when you already have a WGC one.
Once you're logged into your primary account via the appropriate region's official wargaming website, you can open WG Support Tickets to resolve any additional problems you may run into.

Steam accounts and WGC accounts are distinct; as are accounts for each region.
If you've lost ships in your port then you're looking at the wrong account (either wrong login credentials, or wrong region).
Log into the correct region's official wargaming site using your primary account's login credentials (if your primary account is a Steam account, there's a login with Steam button; if it's a WGC account, you use e-mail and password). Then follow the prompts for dealing with account conflicts or merging regions.
You cannot* use the Steam client to access a WGC account.
*Although you can launch WGC via Steam via a couple of methods - but if you can't even figure out how to login properly, best not to consider these at all.
Otherwise you should be able to change the currentrealm server option in the games preferences folder back to Asia.
Check the file currentrealm.txt. Change EU to ASIA and that should do it. You will find this in the games preferences folder.
If the original account is a Wargaming account (not a Steam one) - you need to download the WarGaming Centre installer from their *asia* website, and install the game from there. It should let you pick the correct region you're installing to.
If the original account is a Steam account - you need to go into the "currentrealm.txt" file in your game's folder, edit it with notepad++ or similar text editor, and change the EU region to "asia".
Log in to the asia region's official Wargaming Website using the Steam login button.
Use that website to send a ticket to support.
Don't go deleting accounts if you're not certain what you're doing, you'll just break even more stuff.
But first:
Failing that, my guess would be putting the wrong text in the wrong place (spelling errors) or having writeprotection enabled for the file or something.
preferences.xml and currentrealm.txt are two different files.
