game constantly crashes and gets stuck in the pregame menu upon a restart

im of course, fairly new to this game as you can tell. and after doing some research, i still cant figure it out. i crash completely randomly whilst queueing up and once i relaunch, I ALWAYS get stuck in the pregame menu no matter how many times i restart till the match ends. it seems to have no consistency in crashing.

ive tried verifying files, and no, i do not use any mods. any help would be appreciated.

Do you have any kind of computer virus protection disable It/ i had CC cleaner and AVG could not play WOTH until l I turned It off.

AMS been playing It a long time ,It normally runs good. Make sure computer Is up to date . With the latest version of windows 10 or 11...

In general follow these steps..
Make sure you're computer fits the requirements
Verify files with Steam
Make sure your GPU drivers are up to date.

If you still have a problem, create a ticket with support. They'll get the game's log from you and hopefully figure out what's going on.

My entire antivirus is completely disabled. Im on windows 10 btw.

all my drivers are still up to date, requirements should fit me and i've already tried a verifying the files. i will try a fresh reinstall the next time i get some freetime though, if its still freaking out and terminating my game, ill make a ticket. thank u for the help so far yall.
