How do you login WG account?
I've got a old WG accounts, its got some good ships on it. Everytime i launch the game it's creating a new account! no way of logging into my old WG account

You can't log into it from Steam. You can add it as a non-Steam game though.

Well that's stupid, now I have to reinstall WG clients....

If you install WGC, you can "import" the Steam installation into WGC via the "All Games" tab. In WGC "check and repair" the installation.
Then you can launch WoWS via Steam and have access to your WGC account - but the Steam storefront + achievements won't work.
