All the Fun Game Modes are gone currently?

I was pretty hyped for this February event and update but with only Random battles, Regular Operations, and Tier VIII Ranked it's looking kind of bleak. It's just not looking too fun I guess to even invest time into right now. I was just seeing if anybody else enjoyed Brawl, Asymmetric Battles, and Flagship Ops more?

Win Ranked and go higher Tiers or just play Randoms .... why are you so focused on a PvE Game mode? the Bots are Terrible and will teach you nothing other than being bad is good!! ??

It's mostly a pvp game and they've stated that they want it to be primarily pvp focused.
So PvE game mades will often be only temporary

Yeah I understand that, my friends and clan boys aren't that active so I do enjoy the brainless grinding of PVE battles for money and stuff

Who am I to Critic other than yourself ? you made the statement? No offence but is "Competitive" months between Clan Battles seasons and modes .... Every year the same!

Actually he's kinda right. You don't learn very much from bots. They're programmed to be bad, give full broadside and make very bad choices.
You really don't learn much from playing PVE or bots outside of very basics on how your ship works.
Heck I've seen bots almost win games by capping then just leave.
I used to play largely only bots and was quite bad outside of just bot games. Heck one person can at times just carry most bot modes.

Indeed not saying he's wrong in that regard they're terrible! But the topic was the lack of game modes brawl was pretty cool, with that though I've only been playing a few months.

I would argue that the botts in Asym and Operations are far better than 80% of the pvp and pve players, they have far better aim and apart from program paths, which are just as bad in the stated 80%. They have better torp avoidance than many sit behind a rock and shoot players too!

I feel hes half right tbh. Tier dependent. Asym bots can and do wreck people. Perhaps not the top tier of players, but most of the player base. They dont offer broadsides if possible, they will dodge torpedos (fairly well I may add) and they will angle their hulls if possible. They do not have team tactics and they cant dutch air strike for ass ( miss all the time). Their Torpedo aim could be better. All in all I would say the Assym bot AI is ok.

Co-op. Garbage. Not worth the time. Operations bots kinda suck to other than aiming. Sometimes they dodge torpedos but they mostly dont. Flagships were fun. I think they could use a buff however.

PvE is a valid way of playing the game. Its a pvp first game and there is nothing wrong with that. But PvE offers more options to the player base which is good. Didnt WG say they were going to put increased focus on PvE this year? Asyms are really popular so thats prob why.

I'd expect Asyms to reappear once or twice this year. But the Blücher dockyard is likely going to be sooner.
