Report a translation problem
It's normal behavior for windowed or full screen window, but shouldn't happen on full screen. Means mouse lock/capture isn't working properly. There appears to be other various work arounds as well if you google it. "Capture mouse to a single screen" search.
Maybe make sure Nvidia Surround or AMD (whatever they call it) isn't enabled. That creates one large desktop across multiple monitors. It's necessary if you want the game spread across 3 screens for example, but doesn't work well with two since the bezels are in your direct center of view.
