Metz
Getting to the point if I see 2 Metz in a match or an op it's almost a guaranteed loss. Please remove these abominations, all they are doing is feeding and losing matches.

It's funny you say this because I've seen people call them op too

I have been playing it in ops and although its not the greatest concept if you are careful you can cit broadside BB fairly consistently I have found the big problem for ops to be players ignoring the main objective of the operation and running all over the map

They're actually quite strong. People are just learning them. Be patient.
The golden rule is if something is on your team and you lose, it's underpowered.
If it is on the enemy team and they win, it's overpowered.

That thing is quite good - you can easily delete cruisers with Metz, when they show broadside and BBs take massive dmg as well. Played only 5 matches and have 70.650k average dmg with two over 100k.

I would say most ppl don´t understand that healing is only necessary / useful if your HP drops below 10k.
Otherwise you just lose your advantage.

... Ship doesn't matter, they all die easily with braindead captain.

Have to say this about those experimentals: They are a bit of an idiot test for the playerbase. Okay, a bit too harsh, but certainly a skill test. Can you play around the reduced starting health, is the test here. A test of whether a player is able of managing his health pool and adjust his tactics to it or not.

Turns out a large part of the playerbase is not.

Some people just spamming battles as quickly as possible to finish the coal missions doesn't help.

I had a random game a couple days ago with 6 Metz per team and it was painful. This just happens with new ships.

Took me a moment to realise the original poster was actually suggesting Metz is bad. Its certainly the weakest of the three experimental ships mainly due to having the smallest health pool which makes using the low HP bonuses from "fight or flight" more risky, but its still incredibly dangerous in semi competent hands. Its got pretty much BB level armour, excellent dispersion and hard hitting guns, and thats before you factor in the burst fire on-demand at closer ranges.

However, as others mentioned above its one of those ships that can be easily misplayed. Anyone charging in on <40% HP at the start to try and smash some people up with the special ammo will be going back to port very quickly.

Also as the post directly above this said, its getting a lot more play due to being the newest thing.

Jingles actually featured a Metz match yesterday which showcases how strong it can be when played properly.

I updated the game yesterday and saw that they start the game at half hp. I instantly regret playing but 2 metz playing smart really op tho. Game finished before I could do anything with scharn 43.
Averaging 40 citadels, 400K and 2500 Base XP per Operation (with Flagships) in Metz so far... ...wouldn't call that abominable.
