Get into randoms and most of those issues will go away as players do not head charge into enemy ships like they do in Co-op! Plus you get to do campaigns which get you ships and decent commanders!!
Good Luck!
If you dont like co-op (and quite frankly I dont blame you since it involves charging at the bot enemy team and trying to farm as many kills and as much dmg as possible with no thought for tactics or teamplay) then go play some random. The rewards are better and there is actually some challenge as opposed to co-op which is pretty much impossible to lose. If you want a single player game then I respectfully suggest that an MMO might not be the place to look.
Try Operations. People usually play better than in those and they are more tactical and interesting than either coop or PVP (I played the latter 12 times and found it incredibly tedious since more often than not, both teams would just grab a spot to camp and work the clock.)
I never try to dodge allied torpedoes. The scoreboard is a contest. If I destroy them first I get the point, and if I can get the point AND cost you points? Totally worth it.
Just add a qualifier like mostly or something like that to your post and you're good. As the most extreme example, Black's torps are only 43 knots which is easy for those DDs I listed to speed past.
id like to know what games you are playing
ive been in games where people torp 10 miles back and just sail into their teams torpedos because they have no situational awareness because theyre just staring down their binoculars while going full speed ahead
the only people on my teams are literal children who cant sail worth a damn and angry virgins barking orders at everyone and complaining that the team sucks despite being equally as ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ as the new players while clocking over 1000 hours
personally i dont understand the appeal of throwing out these random torpedos
Also calm down the rhetoric if you wish to post here. Many thanks.
big true.
And i confess I forgot about Kidd torps - not a ship i own although did play it on trial and wasnt keen. So that should be the ship of choice for griefers to target if they can get in front of it to block its torps.....
Central point has been lost, but just dont torp from behind people who might get in way of your torps is probably still relevant.
