how to link my accounts??
can someone help me out? i can't find a way to link my xbox wargaming account with steam. i'm not seeing anything allowing me to do this even though when i started the game on xbox, it told me i could link my accounts, but when i installed it on steam there is no place for me to sign in, the only option is to create a new account. i've also installed the game from wargaming.net ... still no luck.

I believe the game on Xbox is a different game. I don't have any experience on Xbox though so can't offer a lot of advice.

legends had a prompt the other day stating you can link your accounts between legends and warships to share rewards. it works with the wargaming.net version, i just can't find a way in the steam version.

You can login to the various wargaming websites (different sites for different regions, mind) using your Steam credentials.

Once you're logged into the appropriate WG site, you can link up accounts you've got in different regions; resolve conflicts between accounts on the same region (WG account vs Steam, for example); as well as connect 3rd party accounts such as socials, Twitch, YouTube, etc.

I assume you can connect Xbox via the same method.

i have not been able to find an option to login using Steam credentials. there are options for Twitch, YouTube, etc. but not steam, hence the title of the post, are you suggesting logging into wargaming.net using my steam login credentials??

Correct. If I navigate to my region's wargaming page: https://eu.wargaming.net/ and click "login" in the top right it gives me the option of typing in my username and password, or using 3rd party services to login.

Steam is the bottom right button - above Epic Games store login button; below Microsoft live login button; to the right of the Twitch login button.

I assume the same applies to the WG websites for other regions.

Use the Steam login, and it should (assuming you've not done something foolish) access the WoWS account associated with your Steam login.

The website should allow you to link accounts across regions, manage account conflicts, and link 3rd party services.
