For me it depends on the game. When playing cruiser T7 and being matched in a game mainly composed of T9, where almost every cruiser you come accross are CB nowadays (at least in most of my games), it gets frustating very fast. Sure, you get more xp/silver, but sometimes I wish I could relax a bit more in my games and not fear being obliterated in one hit by any of the opponents of the same "class". It's still possible to win but it's getting tiresome to fight higher Tier BB and wannabe-BB all the time.
Well why should a minority of players 33% descide to make the match last longer than it needs too?
Those players who can't admit a deafeat just steal the time OF ALL PLAYERS, the own and the enemy team!
I think if 66% of a team see there is no chance to win it's just good far all players (including the enemy team) to spare some time and go to the next match!
Just to wait for 1-2 players that have no chance to win or are afk or camp at the border of the map is senseless!
So a concede button is very usefull!
There are much more benefits and if 66% of the team has to decide it, missuse is not possible!
I would buy into your idea if it required 100% of one team to say fair enough you won.
With ALL of the Economic Flags I presume that is, though that takes a lot of doing.
How many thousand Hours you got on the Game if I may ask?
And the good players will be on your team same amount of times as on enemy team*.
*Unless of course you are one of the good players in which case you can try and carry games. But you know this, cos you one of the good players.
Well there you give another reason to put "the avarage" player into a group where he really can see HIS influence and HIS part of the outcome of a game.
Do you wonder why 90% just dont care if they win or loose if just 2-3 power players in the top tier ships descide over win and loss?
When I play lowtier my interrest in the match allready drops by 50%, since I know whatever I do, I won't influence the outcome of the match. My damage is just so little, and the hightiers kill me so fast it's completely wasted time...
In the end 3 vs 3 hightiers do the job...
In good old choose your server times (like in BF or CS) I switched servers until I found one where I could get some kills or win a round by my own effort...
And I had fun to play EVERY match on this server that went into my favorites.
Now with all, this random "servers" and +-1 tier preset it alldepends on luck and RNG.
So the chance to have funny and interresting matches is much much lower...
In Apex Legends for example the skill based matchmaker introduced in season 6 was a great breakthrough and reason to play this game more often.
But of course in a team of 3 players the influence of a single player is much more important than in a team of 15 players...
