Lunar New Year

So I reached the free T6 Rahmat, and claimed it. But I already have one and there appeared to be no substitution, eg credits. So my time was apparently wasted. Did anyone else have the same issue?

When you already had the Rahmat you should have gotten credits as compensation. I had the Rahmat too and got 4.400.000 credits i think. Have you checked your notifications?

I have a different issue with Rahmat. I did not have the ship, so I got it trough the lunar year grind. When I got the ship earlier today, the game said it is given "elite status", but it didn`t get it. I have it as an ordinary ship, as if I unlocked it through the tech tree. Its not a big deal of course, but probably there is a problem with the lunar event.

"Elite Status" just means all your modules are researched and mounted on the ship.
You would still have to play the ship to 100% to unlock the tier 7 Chumphon.

But its modules should be fully researched for you and already mounted on the ship.

If you look in your Inventory from Port, you should be able to sell Rahmat's stock modules for even more credits.

Tier 8 HsienYang does the same thing.

but there is no message saying that was replaced by $4.4M.
only the message about the ship reward, but nothing about credits add.

Elite status means it's upgraded. You don't have to buy/research the upgrades.

It hasn't been showing credits for rewards lately on some items. I'm sure you got it as not getting it has never been a problem and it's such a simple thing I doubt it would change.

I got it wrong. Because I`ve got Stord `43 and Scharnhorst `43 with the previous events, and they came upgraded, as well as looking differently on my ship list (goldish/yellow sign and a wreath). I did not consider the additional features and "advantages" they came with.

Anything with the gold name tag is a prem or special ship. The Rahmat is just a basic techtree ship although obviously getting it from the BP removes the need to grind modules etc.

I think I looked too for notifications about compensation for already owning her but saw nothing either. I just thought, Meh & assumed it was just tough titties.

I got the credits with no notification, but only got 2.2 mill

The notifications do indeed not work correctly on the compensations. That has been confirmed by WG officials on the Discord. It was the same problem last month and apparently has still not been fixed. Don't know how they managed to break this, considering those notifications always worked correctly in the past.
