Is it me or is it Nebraska ?
In Bismarck, i fire a salvo of 4 shells right in the flank of a Nebraska from about 3km distance and i get 4 overpens.

I didn't think you're supposed to get overpens on the middle section of a battleship hull ? Why is this ?

This last salvo (video only 30s) just made me wonder, why, how ?
Is nebraska so small ? Does german AP have exceptionally long fuse timers ?

Depends on where you hit it. The actual citadel area is significantly smaller than the big boxy hangar space that is a free HE spam target on the back of the ship.

I tend to have better luck aiming to land shells near the front turrets against that ship if I'm using AP. The other thing you have to realize is that its citadel is COMPLETELY submerged. The waterline is 305mm casemate, above that is only 32mm plating. So by aiming up near the turrets I'm either knocking turrets out via barbette hits or getting a chance at a citadel hit.

Watching the video I notice the shells flying rather high and hitting the Nebraska far above the waterline. Thus passing well above the citadel and the most armoured parts. Considering that your aim seemed sound, simply unlucky with RNG.
