What happened to Wows Monitor?

I'm thinking about getting back into the game, but I can't find the Wows Monitor web site.
I can see there is another match making tool available, but it seems quite chaotic with too many stats.

Thank you, for some reason it doesn't appear on Google search and I thought it is removed or something.

i heard that they added data when hovering over a name in a match (if i'm not wrong it's the best stats they can have), it's the wows monitor more accurate or something else to keep using it?

Those stats are an impossibility and likely wouldn't actually reflect the ship's characteristics anyway. Also Monitor is for player stats, not ship stats. Think win rate, avg damage, not gun range, concealment.

As above, there is additional info now if you press tab during the game and mouse over someone but its just ship parameters and the possible consumables they could have. It wont show anything about the players account stats.

For allied ships that have been within your view range, you can see which consumable they chose (where applicable). I think the same may be true for enemy ships that have activated such consumables within your view range, but so far I haven't been able to confirm that.

Yeah wasnt certain about it updating enemy ships info with their actual concealment/consumables/etc when its confirmed by seeing them but seem to remember reading it should do that. I will have to pay attention next time and check if it works like that.
