what are the best servers to play on?

i live in Australia but on another account i have in the Asia servers i rarely find English speaking people to play and interact with so I'm wondering what servers i should go and if going something other than Asia servers will impact the games performance.

Really depends on how good your internet is. A lot of people from Australia play on EU (I have a couple of Aussies in my clan there and they can play just fine) and on NA (not sure how connection to that server holds up from your part of the world but is probably similar to EU).

Obviously you will have a higher ping when playing on a server further away but for example I get a ping of around 50ms when playing on NA from the EU so its not that bad and perfectly playable.

I suppose the other alternative would be to hunt down some English speaking clans on Asia but I get the fact that the majority dont speak English on that server.

There's quite a few Aussies on NA server I think. I imagine they're probably split between EU and NA. I hear that few like the Asian server.

understandable, if there is no communication because of lacking a common language players would want to be on a server they can communicate on.

You could try posting in the Asia section of the forum here. Almost everyone who posts there does so in Chinese but an English message looking for a clan might be noticed. Theres also various in game chat channels that could be worth a look. Dont know what they are called on your server but there should be public recruitment and general chat channels.

That very much can be a problem on the EU server as well though. And even NA will be split between (mostly I guess) English, Spanish and Portuguese.

It's rare to see anyone speaking anything but English though. At some hours it happens, but I'd say it's 95% English.

my two cents here: asia server is plain boring
you feel it when you see enemies/teammates instantly turning away from engagement the first second they're spotted because everyone wanted to kite

I'm in Aus and play on US servers. You'll do fine, the ping makes very little difference if any.
