Resetting ship lines to access the very good boats in the Research Bureau is how it's done. What you do is reset, free xp the line, reset again, repeat as many times as you want.
You will sacrifice a lot of credits though, and the price in free xp is a lot higher than the old way used to be.
Bit of an increase over the 750k and 1 mill Free xp they were originally. Must be the inflation that WG keep talking about. That they are the cause of BTW.
So your argument makes no sense whatsoever in this context. And "everything about this game is behind a paywall" is a straight out lie.
Complain about WG's pricing strategies all you want, there's ample reason for it. But at least stick to the truth. There's more than enough of that going around to make use of.
Though considering that he seems to think the research bureau ships were at the same price than the tech tree free xp ships, at least that's how his text reads, I am honestly not sure.
And I could add that I already have one RB ship, am about a third to my second. And I have yet to reset a single line. That's just from what I got playing the game without earning any points through resets.
