What BB to use it on( if any) ?
Thinking mainly for secondary battery
EG is good for t9/10 German BB's or does the lack of fires cancel out the benefit ?

I don't like it myself. Not that it'd be really terrible or anything, but you just have to sacrifice much more important things to get it.

There's a post on the official forum by Little White Mouse which pretty much sums up IFHE for each ship type (just google it).

Summary of that - to German BB's generally don't bother and spend the points elsewhere.

Although having said that I had put it on some of my German commanders as I zoomed in on getting the 105mm guns over the 32mm threshold, but not sure how worthwhile it is.

I recommend it for the German Battlecruiser Line (Schlieffen) and the Premium ship Pommern, on other ships i wouldn't take it.

Secondary is normally 30 to 50% (on the right ships) of my damage so just wondered if I was missing a trick not having it on any ship
That's only Asy but it's a big chunk of my damage in ranked too

Only BBs I use it on are Rupprecht and Schlieffen.

Really wouldnt waste the points personally. Fires are often more valuable than slightly better pen and frankly secondary builds are already very skill point intensive. I would much rather have vigilance for a level 2 skill. Each to their own anyway.

For the record I have a 69% Wr in Schlieffen and 68% in Ruprecht, so I dont think I am being held back by not using IFHE.

The German BC line is the only line worth taking it on b/c the 105s can then penetrate 32mm. You can give up Grease the Gears in favor of IFHE, b/c the turret rotation isn't bad as is.

The main German BB line doesn't need to worry about penetration with their secondaries, as they all can penetrate 32mm.
