How do you make your stats private so you stop getting trolled for being a crap player..asking for a friend :)

I think you do it through the website once logged in and make your profile private!!??

Click Username top right
Navigate to profile
I think there is a Profile Privacy option here ?

Will say Some "not so nice folks" will report you just for having a private profile! But it is only Karma!

Tell your friend, it's all good. I love it when they talk trash about my game and when I check theirs, it's worse than mine. lol Just enjoy the game, ignore 'em.

I, errr, My friend does ;) Thanks for the advice, I'm not going to coz I dont care but just wondered if I was missing something in the game client.

Just be aware if you hide your stats it won't help that. They'll just assume hidden stats mean they're so bad you've already been trolled and have a reason to hide them.

I have heard that a few do so people can't see how good they are and will then underestimate them. Personally I've never looked up anyone that played well that had hidden stats tho.

Sometimes CV players so they don't get CV sniped as much.

Someone here a long time back, insulted me about my stats, assuming he was looking at mine via my user name and they weren't my stats at all. This is not my name for WoWs/WoTs, on the website. lol

I have a friend ;) who is a average player but hides his stats cause he likes to play ships that challenge him. Many people seems urged to give him advice which ships to play. WastE of time to explain why playing a ship with 50% wirrate is more "fun"for him than playing a ship with 60%. Hide your stats or not, have fun.

a few do because of the MMM (match making monitor) that people use to focus down good players
