Is that German Tier VIII Battleship "Tirpitz" is worth to buy ?

I think of buying most expensive Battleship in game name "Tirpitz" !! Any one tell me is that worth buying ? or waste of money ?

Good secondaries(same as Bismarck)
Has torpedo,with good firing arc

Cons:
Typical awful disperation and low HE damage for German BBs
Doesn't have the hydro search Bismarck have
Worse AA defense than Bismarck

Conclusion:
Mutsu,Kii,Scharnhorst is better.

Yes Tirpitz is a funny ship i like it... its like all german bbs good for closer fights in mid and shortrange... if you want a feeling try the Tir 7 BB Gneisenau, it has also Torps but not such a large secondary range... and the Bismarck (same secondary range as Tirpitz but no torps)... if you like this german bb's you will have much fun with Tirpitz too... yes there was a sale before...

Tirpitz is a noob friendly ship, that's all.

If you have experience in the game and know how to sail the Bismarck, its totally worth it.
But you should know how to handle german BBs

Actually It's more than that. Sure its noob friendly. At least more than others.
But once you really know how to sail this ship, an i really mean "know", it's one of the most deadliest ships in the entire game. Even if you are in T10.
But if you don't have a clue on Wows and think sniping is the way how (German) bbs should be played, its just a "noob friendly " ship

Here's some reasons why you might or might not want to add the Tirpitz to your fleet:

- While the Tirpitz has guns with good traverse speed and penetration, they don't deal a lot of damage compared to her peers.

- Get up close and personal to get the most out of this ship!

- Torpedoes are a great equalizer when going up against ships with bigger guns, so be sure and use them in conjunction with your main guns!

- Don't be afraid to rely on the Tirpitz's great armor to keep you afloat.

- Fast and agile, the Tirpitz can outflank and outmaneuver better than most battleships, so use that to your advantage!

Ultimately, as a player, you will need to decide if the ship fits your style of play. Good luck and we will see you on the high seas....hopefully in a new Tirpitz perhaps?
