quick question, is it possible to install the Aslains Mod Pack thru the Steam Version of WoWs? Since Aslain must be installed into the Steam folder. Are there any Issues thru Steam aka Vac or missing Files anything like that?

Install Aslain into steamapps\common\World of Warships\bin\297724. Alternatively, install aslain where ever you want and drop the mod files into the correct res_mods folder in the steam install.

No, VAC is not being used with WOWs; WG is staying with their own anti-cheat program.

To be honest I avoid that pack as the stock game features are good and things like the compass mod can make you lazy and reliant on tools that are not in game.
Plus any game update stops the pack from working and you have to wait for an update.

Is the 0.8.0.3 folder. Once the the new update 0.8.1 hits tomorrow though, you'll need to install to whatever folder Steam instalsl the latest executable to. I personally use ModStation (the other popular mod installer) and i have to redo this every patch.

Use the highest numbered Bin - which in this case is 1350826 - everytime you install Aslains. Also trash all previous versions and delete them: each one can take up about 2 GB of space!

Yes. It's been able to autodetect steam installs for ages, so even installation of the pack is easy now.
