I wish non-Japan anime captains had their national language for their voice.

They should get Mori Calliope or Gura to do some USA voices for anime captains. With personality. Have Mori say GUH when your ship takes a citadel hit. Have Gura act confused and say something about sharks when you detect incoming torpedoes.

You don't really need to learn another language, it's simply a matter of becoming familiar with which set of weeb sounds corresponds to each quick command.

I guess there was a previous hololive crossover with fubuki and the pirate girl (forget her name) but the hololive english girls haven't played WoWs that much so there hasn't been any interest for a crossover with them.

I wonder if they're allowed to play whatever games they want, or if they have a boss who tells them "you have to play XX hours of this game this week because we have a deal with them"

They can choose the games they play, but the games have to be approved by their managers first.

To follow on the previous answer, they probably can't play Azur Lane for example (one of the games which do collabs with WoWs, next one being probably this year) because of what happened with Hololive China. Hololive previously had a collab with AL and all mention of the characters have been removed from the CN servers.
