Dockyard not loading

My dockyard don't load since last night. After you click on the dockyard button, the screen changes to the dockyard, the loading wheel on the center of the screen pops and it keeps spinning forever and nothing else shows up. Can't see progress, booster buttons, nothing, there's only the background and the spinning wheel.

My internet is working fine. Everything works over anything else it's just the dockyard. Seems a server related issue. I'm on NA region.

Same happens when click on "Clans" tab. Doesn't load.

I'm not sure what the problem could be. Sorry about that! Try contacting player support, they should be able to help you.

It's weird because I can play the game without issues it's just the dockyard, the clans tab and the new captains logbook that don't load.

Also having issues with viewing www.worldofwarships.com, the page don't load... it says on bottom of screen "connecting" forever but it doesn't load. I can watch other sites without issues.

Was considering some route issue but I don't know...

Is there any cache I could clear or something like that?

That might be possible. I don't really know enough about such things to trouble shoot it tho. I don't know of any cache either.

I had the same problem, checked the files integrity twice and gained access to the dockyard, but the logbook is still not available.

Sometimes even armory can't be reached

I have rewards on dockyard that I cannot claim! Nor buy boosters! Check progress nothing! Getting angry @ this it's ridiculous.

Have you contacted support yet? This isn't the first time someone has reported it, so I'm curious what the fix is.

I have unistalled the game, cleared all leftovers (CCleaner, ASC) and am now reinstalling the game.

Yea, it can take a few hours, particularly if things are busier as they are now. Shouldn't be long tho.

I also can't load warships official website. It stays on "connecting" on left bottom of screen. I'm considering a route issue because if I turn on a VPN (tunnelbear) then the official site loads normally, but I cant enter the game using vpn because the game loading gets stuck on the "synchronizing" part and I have to force shutdown warships client.

Tried running warships with GPN (wtfast) but still no dockyard loading. Running out of options right now if reinstalling don't work out.

I have found the fix for all those issues.

You have to enable internet protocol ipv6 together with ipv4. If you only have ipv4 enable on your internet connection (like I had), then the WG servers won't send you all the information you need to load dockyard, news, captains logbook etc.

Both... They contacted me with suggestions. They didn't worked out but I started digging deeper and found out the issue with the help of my brother... he did not have any of these issues on his warships, even tho we make use of the same isp. He had both protocols running, I didnt.

I run ONLY ipv4 on my home network and wows loads just fine. I have't changed that setting in at least 5 years either. There is something occurring that was causing your issue. If it is fixed for now you may as well leave it alone but turning on ipv6 was most likely not the answer.
