Critical error

I have been randomly getting a critical error when loading into a game. No error code and I cannot lodge a ticket due to them being overwhelmed..Not surprised!

I get a critical error once in a while but it is at the end of the game when bringing up the states usually and says to restart the game have not found the cause yet will let you know if I make progress

Yeah this happened to me for the first time last night actually. Hope it doesn't become a habit

that's odd. I think the launcher has a tool for checking the files, you might want to try that it's some sort of repair tool, the online support website should lead you to it, you've already tried contacting support right?

in steam you can check integrity of the game files by right clicking the game then properties then local files. the War gaming Console has a tab for the Russian file checker which you might have to download but it also removes non required files and can be helpful
