That's probably referring to the fact that PR4 is in Azur Lane today.

Azur Lane, for all of the past collabs, has ♥♥♥♥♥♥ the WoWs ships as Priority Research ships in game around a month or so before Azur Lane commanders and ships show up in WoWs.
