For some weird reason i log into my steam account in wargaming click redeem code and then then the page refreshes without me logged it ;_;

You wouldn't be able to open that page until you have registered email-address on https://wargaming.net/personal
Sorry, it's a limitation and can't be fixed easily.

Likely means you have some another WG account using that email, maybe you forgot about it. You can try to recover its password to delete that old account. Or you would have to use another one for Steam WoWs account :/

So I linked my email account to my steam WG account, but I still can't redeem codes. Any more help? I just made this Steam WG account yesterday.

Hopefully Ryuu will be along to help you with linking accounts as I have limited knowledge, but a lot of the codes you find on here will be outdated and not accepted (especially if you're looking at threads from November 2017). Although saying that, this one was accepted when I entered it.

Which codes and where? Those codes don't last forever, wait for fresh ones now.

Mind that invite-codes are different, they can only be used during creation of non-Steam account on website.

Those are likely invite-codes, can you quite what was written about those codes? Without quoting them.
