How can I get HSF Harekaze and Graf Spee
I have seen these two ships appeared in game but idk how to get them.Have they been sold in shop before？btw,im in EU server.Thx

They were a limit time promotion with High School Fleet. They're not buyable anymore.

They may return soon, there was announcement about further HSF events.

Sorry, but you've missed it. There was a HSF collab, but now it's gone. No guarantees it would return.
