I just bought Dasha Perova as my new captain for my German Battle ship .

Can I buy Dasha Perova again but In American or Russian and use them on a German ship. All my American ships have Captains and Russians ships have Captains. Like I say can I put Dasha Perova Russian Captain on A German ship?

No, there are several versions of Dasha, each works only for specific nation

But you can turn her voiceover on in the settings even if you don't have Dasha of that nation and she's not on the ship. Just like with anime commanders, you only need to have them.
