Lost all my progress after reinstall

After 7 hours of problems with the latest update, I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, on a different drive, but I've lost all my progress, is this normal ?

Actually, it seems I've just lost my ships, all other progress has been saved

No, it likely means you've chosen a different server/region this time. Account is tied to a specific server. Do you remember which were you using before that? Or if you tell in-game name i can find that.

What? No, likely you're mistaken. Unless it's a port filter active which hidden your ships.

Don't see accounts with the same name on other servers, so probably it's not the case.

Which server do you see in upper left corner of the port, is it NA? Account level is 15?

There's a ship filter in the upper left corner of ship carousel. You should still see that you have those ships in tech tree in any case.

yes, NA rossc007, and account level 15, ship carousel ? the only way I know how to find all my ships is in the tech tree

Ok, good to know!

Ship carousel is a row down below in the port, AFAIK it's impossible to completely hide it, but sometimes you need to scroll or change filter to find specific ship.

Today I lose My World Of Warships Save files because i play in cloud gaming named (Geforce now) but today i change my Geforce now account to another geforce now account but after login my steam account via new geforce now account i see my all progeces lose what can i do anyone know i have lots of ships please help me

No idea about using Geforce Now, so I can't help you there. But if everything else fails, you can still just use the WG launcher. Provided you followed the prompt to set up a WG account and link it with your WoWs account. Just use the login for that and you should be able to play your account without problems.

You have two accounts linked to this SteamID:
you main account is on Asia server
and it looks like you've logged to NA server by mistake, thus making another account.
