from the looks of thing i hate to say but that is a new player code which does sadly mean that it can only be activated if you are just making a new account and will be prompted for a code or referal link to get some goodies. if you already have an account this sadly ain't for you.

i start play when i see that code but when i download the game tru steam i not find nothing to put in the code so what i can do?

Go to the website, log on using your email and password.
Top right will be your ingame name and a pull down menu. Select "activate wargaming code" form the menu, enter the code...

if you are new i would recomend getting someone to be a ship mate with you (you get two free ships from this one being a soviet tier 2/3 cruiser and is alright and the other being the old lady of the royal navy herself warspite) that and they might teach you some of the more intircite details of the game.

the ship in these promo is ...alright i suppose its not my cup of tea and thats moslty since i stick with U.K ships

Unfortunately Steam version does not support promo registration links and promo codes(invite codes). We have other things to compensate for that, but if you want to use that code — you need to create an account through the website and use the code during registration, and such accounts can't be used for Steam version.

BTW if you login at least once for several days after starting the game — you should get USS Charleston for free anyway, it's the final item in the supply chain for newbies. If you already have that ship at that point — you should be compensated for its cost in credits (IIRC).

I think you can claim that code if you are a twitch prime member(1 month free trial if your not a member). And have your twitch, steam and WoW's WG acoount link up. I think that gift exist in twitch prime too!
