I have a suggestion: I hope that the special captain voice set by myself can be heard by other players. I can also hear other players' captain voices. Instead of having only one voice now. Of course, it should be able to set on or off.

Pretty sure you can hear them with National+ (in the settings) it’s just that other captains don’t use special commanders all that often.

No, this setting can only listen to the original voice of different countries. My friend and I have tried. We can't listen to special captain voice (ARP, AL). In Asian servers, the popular voice of captains is animation.
