De Grasse or Molotov?
I've enjoyed my Perth I got in a SC so much i'm looking to get another premium tier 6 cruiser. Which ship would you recommend? I have a lot of French captains I can use but only one Soviet Commander with over 10 points/

The De Grasse is very balanced and much easier to use out of the box. It also up-tiers well and is very usefull in most Operations missions.

Comrade, you see Molotov is T-5 Ship with tier 8 Guns. You can light inferior fashist bbs like its the fire of moscow all over again. But beware, 80% of ship is citadel, so you need to use Sojus rocket engine to stay in moving. But because Sojus rocket is sluggish, she drives circles like a bbs and is horrible turn ship.
So you need to control yourself in early game and stay focussed to not overextend to not die for motherland to early. But if played well is very good ship.

I haven't played De Grasse, but if he is like the french cruisers he can be a lot of fun.

I do like the Molotov (Tier 6, not 5, by the way) due to its great main battery, very accurate too. However, it is very squishy, and if caught broadside on by an enemy, you can be deleted very quickly. Having said that, this is the case for most cruisers at any tier. If you see a full broadside when playing Molotov, use AP, so many cruisers stick with HE, not realising they can delete ships quicker with well aimed AP broadsides.

I also like De Grasse - guns aren't as good as Molotov's, but it is speedier and more agile, along with torps what have over twice the distance as Molotov's
