Need Steam Customer Support, not wargaming.net
purchased World of Warships Texas Package
the Battleship Texas is not in my game even though the purchase went through.
wargame.net and I had a lengthy conversation to confirm purchase, once they confirmed that I did indeed purchase the product through Steam, they said to contact Steam customer support. Ok, sounds easy enough, only Steam Customer support options direct me to wargaming.net.

Would like resolution on my purchase please.

Hi, tyguenot! To get your DLC contents, you need to play at least one battle. As far as we can see, you've just joined World of Warships, so jump into the game and you'll get everything :)
We are terribly sorry that this ping pong situation appeared, and we'll investigate it. Hope you will still enjoy the game and the magnificent Texas :)

So should i annoy steam for a refund or wargaming since i purchased the Graf Spee package. i thought it would give me a key to use on wg but nothing.

You should contact Wargaming Customer Support, it's up to them to decide and propose what can be done. If needed - they'll tell what to write to Steam support after that.

Hopefully WG will help you. Steam support is a joke. Not once have they been helpful to me, and they pretty clearly say there's no refunds on WG stuff. WG support on the other hand, is usually good.

I turned down the refund. It was only $10.00 US. I would actually spend the 16.99 just to get the Texas for my Yahtzee15 account, but, unfortunately, it's not available. I'm not sure why, I was given a link from WG customer support, but it doesn't work.

I'll just move beyond getting the Texas package for my account is all, I don't feel like moving between the 2 accounts just to play the game :\

What's the normal ticket response for a SEA wg ticket? Put one in regarding this ID 428726 and no response after 3 days.

Asked about this: they know about your problem and would answer as soon as possible.
It seems you too have non-steam account for WoWs?
