Need Steam Customer Support, not wargaming.net
purchased World of Warships Texas Package
the Battleship Texas is not in my game even though the purchase went through.
wargame.net and I had a lengthy conversation to confirm purchase, once they confirmed that I did indeed purchase the product through Steam, they said to contact Steam customer support. Ok, sounds easy enough, only Steam Customer support options direct me to wargaming.net.

Would like resolution on my purchase please.

Well that's a bit of a pickle then. Curious that WG can see that the DLC is bought and paid for, but not complete delivery themselves. I'm guessing they don't have direct control over the DLC being sold through Steam, other than setting the price, and sending over the files to be hosted for download. Something must be going buggy on Steam's end to cause the DLC not to be delivered. I assume you've tried restarting Steam, and verifying your game files?

yep.
more over, i am exhausted trying to get steam customer support direct. it's next to impossible. every avenue i've tried sends me to wargaming.net ticket.
it's frustrating as hell.

Yeah, Steam Support is notoriously frustrating. Have you tried submitting a ticket tagged as being about your account, rather than the game? Sorry if that seems a silly question, but I'm honestly short on suggestions.

There is always the option of last resort, though there's still no guarantees with it. Email Gabe, or send him a Tweet. Steam has no traditional business structure (basically everyone can be Steam Support), but Gabe is still the boss, and support failures brought to his attention have been personally resolved by him in the past.

I hope you're not using WG account? Easy to check: if you're getting Steam achievements then not and it should work fine.

Also have you played at least one battle? :)

IF you had - can you tell your region and WG support ticket number please? We'll take a look.

Hi, tyguenot! To get your DLC contents, you need to play at least one battle. As far as we can see, you've just joined World of Warships, so jump into the game and you'll get everything :)
We are terribly sorry that this ping pong situation appeared, and we'll investigate it. Hope you will still enjoy the game and the magnificent Texas :)

This problem is known and would be fixed for all owners of that DLC ASAP. Apologies for inconvenience. If it doesn't appear soon - let us know here.

yea, that seemed to be an issue wargaming.net ignored when i brought it forth.
i had wow installed on my Omen laptop before using steam. when i purchased the texas package, i saw the 2nd desk top wow shortcut appear, so i just deleted the desktop non steam short cut.

I did order the Arizona, and received it. but the texas package is still missing. Does this mean the shortcuts go right to the non steam wow download? If so, how can i correct this?

Have searched C drive for all wow.exe files, found 3 that launch the game. Have played one game through each, and still no Texas :(

you can talk to wargaming about this and they can tell you what do do, or talk to steam and ask for a refund and try to buy it again still hard to get a refund in wows. well anyway good luck man :)

Recently purchased the "Admiral Graf Spee Pack", played a few rounds, restarted the game several times, even restarted steam, although steam says its installed, im lacking the in game content that matches said purchase. :steamsad:

@tyguenot Steam account is a separate one from WG client, it is created automatically. Do I understand correctly that you've download Steam version just to get the DLC, but intend to use the previous WG account, or are you confused yourself which is which?

Anyone is free to add me, so i can assist by collecting required info in PM and/or explaining unclear details. For example i can take a look at your Steam broadcast to check that ship isn't mistakenly hidden by current port filter - check it BTW. If you see doubloons got added - the ship should be somewhere there as well.

Also mind that those DLCs only work for accounts created through Steam game client(i.e. you didn't touch steam_api.dll and you get Steam achievements).

Hi again! The DLC delivery problem is now fixed. You need to re-log into the game or play the battle, and everything will be done :)

I am equally confused.
I had WoW on my computer already, downloaded the DLC, a second WoW shortcut appeared on my desktop, so i started the game with that one. I deleted the original shortcut (which i assume is WG client).
Purchased confirmed from my bank, Wargaming.net. But still no Texas battleship.
I did purchase the Arizona through in game premium store, and that ship with 4,000 doublons arrived, have had a blast with that one. But still no Texas.

Does this mean the Steam download is on my computer, i'm just not accessing it?
