How do you build the Friesland captain wise?

IS 12.3 km gun range enough? Go full reload with RPF? Should I get concealment?

I think that range is enough because hitting with 4 shells 15 km away is a waste imo.
Just go for PT or PM in line one , line 2 take LS , Line 3 SE , SI , DE , line 4 CE.
The last 3 points can be what you like. JoaT maybe for faster reload consumables.
Some would choose IFHE but 152mm AP can citadel cruisers already , I like to make extra high firechance and shoot a lot.
But some will choose IFHE and I can’t blame them also , it’s also a good pick.

She only has 120mm guns though, not 152mm. I think I might take BFT for the extra 10% reload boost and some extra AA for the last 3 pts
